This ghost can only be experienced within the store, so you have to enter Dillard’s when it is open to the public. The store is open until 9 p.m. every day of the week except Sunday when it closes at 6 p.m. You are most likely to encounter this apparition if you visit the store after nightfall, the time that most of the sightings take place.

The ghosts have been seen in the shoe area of the store, which anyone can visit, so, as an outsider, this would be the best spot to look for the apparition. The place that the apparition is seen most often, though, is in the storeroom of the building. Unfortunately, only employees are permitted in this area.
